No: 2001/086120/23 trading as ITAGE CONSULTING is a black youth owned Enterprise established in Limpopo Province in Louis Trichardt and Evander in Mpumalanga Province. We service a wide range of clients in various aspects of training, research and project management services. The company presently has a 100% black youth power as Directors and Owners. The company takes pride in being characterized as based towards action and community and capacity building established late in 2001. The founder member of the Enterprise is Rodney Mulelu.

3. Main Objectives

• Provision of NQF level 1 (Ancillary Health Care)

The business is declined to create at least 100 permanent job opportunities in no longer than 2 years ending 28 February 2009. Currently the business has employees, 11 permanent and 10 temporary or contracted officials. We contract fleet of vehicles, assessors, researchers, project managers and facilities if needs be. We strive to produce masterpieces in every job that we do in terms of quality and durability. Approval of the job done from our clients is an important part of our business mission.
It is our business culture to employ labor intensive techniques to our best abilities. We also strive to use local people wherever possible and if the necessary skills could not be found with the local community, possibilities are examined to train them or employ skills from other previously disadvantaged communities.

ITAGE CONSULTING help communities to participate effectively in transportation, capacity, Surveys, project management and training processes in order to realized sustainable and an improved sustainability capacity to communities. We Endeavour to provide the best custom designed training and capacity to both the public and corporate sector.

The strategy of ITAGE CONSULTING is to consolidate its good customer and client service by making timely deliverables, hiring the best project managers, facilitators and researchers and having a competitive pricing structure. The company's goal in the next 2 years is to become an independently-run business entity without having any contracted services. We would like to fully manage our consulting and courier operations, from hiring fleet, project managers, facilitators, assessors and moderators to sourcing business. The company's goal within the next five years is to operate a full-service consulting business. ITAGE CONSULTING would like to be in a position to handle any job available at this stage.
Key components of our initial strategy can be summarized as follows:
Expand on Human Resources.
The company is currently working to expand on its existing human resources especially, project managers, facilitators and Researchers. This will enable us to increase the number of customers we are able to serve.
Establish independent status.
The company is currently operating under fee sharing, but is working to become independent and manage its own operations, from sourcing to daily management

Establish a complete training and consulting business. The company is currently working toward becoming a complete training and consulting business with project managers, assessors, moderators, facilitators and researchers employed full time by the company. The management of the company has identified a good customer base which it can tap into once all the necessary resources and equipments have been acquired. This will enable the company to service areas outside its current domain and increase profit levels.
